VS 2008: Cannot convert project

Mar 8, 2008 at 7:03 PM
I get a conversion error when trying to open any of the projects with vs2008.

Can I only use vs2005?

Thanks

At the present time, the Singularity RDK build system does not support any version of Visual Studio. This is a widely requested feature, and is under consideration for the next RDK release.

The RDK 2.0 is planned for Q3 2008.

So for the current release I can only use Visual Studio 2003? Or do I need some other special compiler? Because I was thinking of getting VS2008.

Thanks.

The Singularty RDK 1.1 does not support any version of Visual Studio.

Individual files can be edited in Visual Studio, but it's a limited VS experience, and VS does not understand the complete set of file types used.
